VIP plans are digital products with immediate access. Once payment is processed, access is activated automatically and refunds are not available for digital products.
By completing the purchase, you accept that you have used the free trial of 1000 messages and are satisfied with the system functionalities before proceeding to payment.

We offer 1000 completely free messages for you to test all Wasubo Marketing features before acquiring any VIP plan.
The free trial allows you to fully evaluate the system, including chatbots, flows, templates, and all available tools. This ensures you're satisfied before purchasing.
💳 Payment Terms
By making the payment, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these policies consciously and voluntarily.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe / PayPal. We comply with all payment processor regulations regarding digital products and subscription services.
Chargebacks are not processed for digital products. Any chargeback attempt will be reported and result in permanent suspension of your account.
🔄 Renewals and Subscriptions
1-month, 3-month, and 12-month plans are payments with or without automatic renewal. At the end of the period, your account will return to the free plan depending on the option selected.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate our terms of service or engage in fraudulent activities.
If you wish to continue with VIP benefits, you must make a new purchase before your current plan expires.
